Fiona J.R. Titchenell
by the fabulous writing partners:
Matt Carter & Fiona J.R. Titchenell.
Pinnacle City is a pulpy, throwback noir of yesteryear, where two unlikely people from opposite sides of the track must team up to do good in a world full of so much bad.
F.J.R. Titchenell
F.J.R. Titchenell crafts YA speculative fiction out of nightmares, heartstring abuse, and laughter in varying ratios. She is the author of Confessions of the Very First Zombie Slayer (That I Know of) and coauthor of The Prospero Chronicles, which she writes with her husband, Matt Carter. Books one and two, Splinters and Shards respectively, are available now.
Her upcoming projects include a YA Horror tale of an actress who will get her big break through mad science if necessary, a YA Fantasy in which the devilishly handsome immortal who takes our heroine to his secret world to learn how to be what he needs might not turn out to be such a standup guy after all (who knew, right?), and a YA Horror-Comedy duel of wits, coauthored with Matt, about a professional Final Girl who lures horrors into traps and the ancient god of fear she rubs the wrong way.
Other that writing, reading, watching and playing a good story (she’s a practitioner of one medium but a fan of many), her passions include baking, interactive Halloween events with long waivers, and fighting the evils of stereotyping and inequality, wherever they may lurk.
